What means of communication is preferred?
Email may be the most convenient means for both parties, but phone and fax contacts are regularly used as well. [top]

Productivity is recorded and reported each day and is provided upon request or the reception of the reports can be agreed upon beforehand.

What happens to the data and documents after completion of project?
It depends on what the client wants. Hard copies, books, etc. are sent back or destroyed. Processed data are kept in back-up files until the clients do not foresee any future need of them.

Do you give free samples, pilots, test runs, or trials?
Yes, we provide sample work up to USD $30. which gives you better idea of the quality of work we deliver. [top]
How does the data get input?
It depends on each client's requirement.if the image is very clear and can easily be scanned, then the information can be digitized. Of course the information can be keyed in directly from a hard copy as well. [top]
Do you scan our paper documents or just work with scanned files only?
Yes, we do scanning of paper documents. [top]
What is the procedure for uploading and downloading of scanned files?
We provide you an ftp address to upload the TIF/GIF images and send you the coded reports via email or ftp. You can also send us data on CD's via postal mail at our Medison (WI) office and then we shall upload the images for our Indian office to download. [top]
What turn around times do you offer?
We offer a turn around time of 12-48 hours depending on your requirements. Within 12 hours of the receipt of data, we send you an analysis report containing the number of images to be coded, sample code sheet and estimated time to code for data cross check. [top]
We are concerned about data security, what measures you have in place for the same?
Entire BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) model is based on data security and confidentiality. We can't do any business unless our client's data is secured. We have put in both technical and procedural policies for data security that guarantees maximum data protection. All the Internet transfer is done through s-ftp (secure ftp).
At our production center, all the servers are under physical inspection and guarded by login id and password. There is no direct Internet access from production nodes. No employee can take out data files on floppy or cd drives and the entire area is guarded by digital cameras and physical inspection 24X7. All the employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and there is immediate termination clause for even a minor breach. [top]
Do you use OCR (Optical Character Reading) on the scanned images?
We use OCR only in cases where image files are scanned in a similar format and there can be an accuracy of 60% or more form the OCR files. Use of OCR, if taken, is limited to the first level of data entry only and there is a thorough check of each and every record by 2 levels of quality editors. [top]
What accuracy do you guarantee?
We guarantee an accuracy of up to 99.99% as per your requirement. Such a high accuracy is achieved through our double keying system where every coding entry is made twice and automatically compared with our proprietary software. Any discrepancy is rejected and the coding is done afresh for the rejected set of files. [top]
How much does the service cost?
We charge by per record based on the number of fields. Our clients find our rates at least 30-60% competitive in comparison to in-house or other outsourced companies, because of our Indian back office operations and innovative use of coding methods like templating, and smooth & informed workflow. What is the billing method?
We can bill you on per record basis or even per field basis as per your requirements. Billing is done monthly with net 15 days term. [top]
Are there any charges for database creation or matching the output as per specific requirements?
We don't charge anything for database creation or for any specific database output if the work volume is for more than 10,000 records coding. For smaller volume, the database creation charges are very nominal. [top]
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made by either by credit card, check or wire transfer. [top]
