At Data Entry @ India, We belive in high quality data entry work. To achive quality level up to 99.99% we use various tools and methos as per the project specification and client requirements.
Validating Fields
We design a program of keying in each data entry project, in which we make highest level of field validations, formulas & restrictions of data-type. For example, in US address typing project, we use look up function of excel to check that is this city,state & zip code is valid as per US Postal Department website.
Double Entry
In some projects, where the amount of error is predicted, we use double entry method to achive 100% accuracy such as forms processing. The same form is processed by two indepedent operators after completion we compare each character typed by both the operators and finalize the accurate form.
Training Program
Before starting each project our project manager prepare a training manual for the project, which includes all the details we have received from the client, that is input of the project, how to proceed in work, that is process and what should be the output. What points must be taken care while keying. Each individual operator involved in the project is trained by the in-house trainer.
